Enrolment procedure.
Follow these easy steps to enrol in your chosen course at the Australian International English Language College.
1. Make your application.
When you’ve chosen the course you’d like to enrol in, simply download and complete a copy of the application form from the website.
You will need the following documents to support your application:
• A certified photocopy of your passport
• Any educational certificates and academic records that pertain to previous English language study
• Any of the following test results: English language test results IELTS (International English Language Test System); TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language); or ISLPR (International Second Language Proficiency Rating) if available

2. Receive your Offer of Place letter.
Once your application has been received and processed by the college, and your application has been accepted, you will receive your Offer of Place. In some cases this may be a conditional offer made on the basis that you meet certain requirements. If there are conditions to your placement offer then these will be stated on your Offer of Place letter.
3. Pay your tuition fees.
Before the expiry date on your Offer of Place letter you should do the following:
• Pay your tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) fees as stated on the offer letter. Note that the OSHC is not directly issued until you arrive at the Australian International English Language College.
• Read and agree to the Australian International English Language College's policy and procedure documents, in particular the Applicant Declaration, the Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions Policy. If you are applying online you must click the box to show you accept the policy terms. If you are applying by post, you must download and sign a copy of the policy document.
• If your placement offer was conditional, you will need to send the required documentation to the college to show that the conditions have been met.
4. Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment information pack.
You will receive the following:
• A Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) letter
• A receipt of your fees payment
• An Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) brochure
• Information about local accommodation providers and airport reception.
If you are currently studying in Brisbane, you must make an appointment with a visa officer to extend or change your student visa.
5. Apply for your student visa.
The Australian Embassy will need to see the following documentation:
• Your receipt from Australian International English Language College
• Your Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) letter for International Students
• Your Offer of Place letter
6. Arrange your travel after collecting your student visa.
Please note that your OHSC payment must be made before arriving in Australia.
7. Welcome to the Australian International English Language College.
Note that if you are unable to arrive on time to commence your program, you must advise the Australian International English Language College before your course begins.
